CLUSTER RULES
The purpose of the rules is to reduce the discharge of water pollutants and the emissions of hazardous air pollutants from the pulp, and paper industry.
The focus is not just with end-of-pipe, but also with eliminating or reducing the formation of these pollutants at the source.
